These monoprints are taken from a series of images, part of a group of works including four small rusted steel shell/towers.They are made using rust instead of inks or paints to create a link between the floor based towers and the wall based images. The rust was achieved using various chemicals I was experimenting with to corrode the exterior of the metal. It is by chance that the prints largely portray landscape, the element that produced the metal ore.
